Last Saturday (August 3rd), I had a cooking demonstration at the Le Creuset store in Destin, Florida. It was my first demo and I had a great time! Evan got really excited when he saw the wooden spoon and even got to participate a little.
Disclosure: I received Le Creuset products following the cooking demonstration. All opinions and statements are my own.

I wanted to showcase Le Creuset’s wok, so I decided to make Light Sesame Chicken and Cong You Bing (Chinese Scallion Pancakes). I really enjoyed cooking in the cast iron wok. It heated quickly and I was able to cook the food at a lower temperature (medium) without any sticking. The bottom is flat and sturdy, while the interior is concave with a black enamel finish.

I used Le Creuset’s small French rolling pin to roll out the Cong You Bing. I have a larger French pin at home, but really liked the size of this one for working with smaller pieces of dough.

A special thank you to Andrae from Le Creuset for giving me the opportunity to do the cooking demonstration and to Lauren from Sew You Think You Can Cook for taking the photographs.
