The Lunar New Year isn’t until the 19th, but here are a few ideas from previous posts to celebrate. In China, this New Year will mark the beginning of the Year of the Goat. Lunar New Year celebrations aren’t only reserved for China. They also take place in Vietnam, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Tibet, Taiwan, Indonesia, and Mongolia. Japan celebrated the Lunar New Year until 1873. Be on the lookout for a couple of new recipes from Malaysia and Korea on the 18th and 19th.
