A recipe for a Peach Blueberry Smoothie! Fresh peaches and blueberries are blended with yogurt and milk for a quick, easy drink.

This Peach Blueberry Smoothie is such a fun and easy summertime smoothie recipe! It is perfect for starting the day or even as a much needed refreshing afternoon drink to take a break from the heat.

All the ingredients comes together in less than 10 minutes with very little prep. Simply combine milk (dairy or non-dairy) with peach slices, blueberries, Greek-style yogurt, honey, a splash of vanilla extract, and ice. Blend until everything is combined with a smooth and creamy texture.

Serve the Peach Blueberry Smoothie immediately after blending. If desired, top with additional peach slices, blueberries, and a small sprig of mint for garnish.

Don’t have the fresh fruits available or want to enjoy it year-round? No worries! The peaches and blueberries can be swapped for frozen for an even more creamy texture.

A Few Tips

The measurements listed are mostly just guidelines. The amount of honey may need to be adjusted based on personal preference.

If the mixture is too thick to blend, add a little more milk. If thinner than desired, add a little more fruit or ice for a more frosty texture. Frozen fruit will add even more creaminess. When adding frozen fruit, more milk may be required to help the mixture blend.

I made this smoothie with whole milk, but it can be swapped for oat milk.

The splash of vanilla extract is optional, but I love the hint of vanilla to round out the flavors of the peach and blueberry. You can also skip it and simply use a vanilla-flavored yogurt.
