This Vanilla Bean Mousse is such a dangerous dessert. It only has 4 ingredients, is no bake, and comes together easily if you have an electric mixer. The only thing standing in your way of this amazing mousse is about 6 hours chilling time….I may have cheated and stolen a couple of spoonfuls around the 2 hour mark.
Note: This recipes does call for raw egg whites. If you need to avoid raw eggs, search for eggs that have been pasteurized. They are available in some major supermarkets, though I have not personally used them. I have also seen a few articles on how to pasteurize eggs at home. Again, I have not tried this personally. When using raw eggs, always use the freshest eggs possible.
