Preheat oven to 425˚F. Place pizza stone in oven if using.
Drizzle pizza crust with olive oil. Season with pepper. Drizzle tomato sauce over the crust. Top with spinach, chicken slices, halved tomatoes, and green onions. Season with salt and pepper. Add slices of Romano cheese and sprinkle with Mozzarella.
Bake on pizza stone or large round baking sheet until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly, 7-9 minutes. Let sit 5-10 minutes before slicing.
