  • 1/2 cup rolled oats preferably Flahavan's
  • 1/2 cup milk dairy or almond
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar preferably Dixie Crystals
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean paste or extract preferably Taylor & Colledge
  • Pinch salt
  • Pinch ground cinnamon


  • In a jar or bowl, mix together the oats, milk, yogurt, almond butter, chocolate chips, brown sugar, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon.
  • Cover and refrigerate 8 hours to overnight (or in as little as 4 if you are using quick oats). Serve cold and top with sliced bananas, strawberries, or additional chocolate chips if desired.
