  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 cup plain whole milk yogurt


  • Preheat oven to 350˚F. Line a baking sheet with parchment and cover in a single layer with the flour.
  • Bake the flour in the preheated oven until heated through, about 10 minutes. Allow to cool to room temperature.
  • In a large bowl, beat together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in vanilla extract.
  • In a small bowl, combine the toasted flour, baking soda, and salt. Gently mix into the butter mixture. Fold in the chocolate chips, then the yogurt.
  • Place in freezer safe container and freeze overnight- 12 hours.
