Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup orange or pineapple juice
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped pineapple
  • 1 banana chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract omit if you use flavored yogurt
  • 1/2 cup ice

Instructions

  • Add the juice, pineapple and banana pieces, ginger, yogurt, vanilla extract, and ice to the blender. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
