Ingredients
1cup(240 milliliters) dry rosé wine
1/2cup(120 milliliters) orange juice
2tablespoons(30 milliliters) honey or sugar
1/2heaping cupfresh fruitsuch as orange slices, diced mango, sliced strawberry
Instructions
Whisk together wine, juice, and honey until evenly mixed.
Loosely set fruit into each popsicle well.
Pour in the wine mixture, leaving a little space at the top for them to expand. Firmly tap on the counter to remove air pockets, then insert sticks and freeze until hard (at least 8 hours).
Run the mold under warm water for a few seconds to loosen them up, then remove from the mold.
