Dressing:

Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors blend.
In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, and Asian pear pieces. Toss with dressing. Top with almonds and sesame seeds.
