2/3 cup (160 milliliters) coconut milk 3 oranges peeled and roughly chopped 3 ounces (90 grams) frozen pineapple chunks 2 bananas peeled and roughly chopped 1/2 cup (125 grams) plain yogurt 2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) honey 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup (150 grams) ice cubes Garnish: Orange Zest Toasted Coconut Flakes
