1cup(185 grams) freshly steamed Japanese rice
1tablespoon(14 grams) unsalted butter
1teaspoonsoy sauce
1/2tablespoonthinly sliced chivesoptional
Instructions
Place the rice in a serving bowl and make a depression in the center.
Add the butter and allow to melt slightly. Drizzle the soy sauce over the top and add a sprinkling of chives if desired.
