4 cups (600 grams) chopped fresh watermelon 1 tablespoon (12 grams) granulated sugar optional 1 cup (240 milliliters) cold milk
In a blender, add the watermelon, sugar if using, and milk.
Blend on the lowest setting just until smooth. Adjust sugar to taste.
Pour the blended watermelon and milk through a fine mesh sieve.
Serve immediately, with crushed ice if desired.
