Ingredients

  • 4 cups (600 grams) chopped fresh watermelon
  • 1 tablespoon (12 grams) granulated sugar optional
  • 1 cup (240 milliliters) cold milk

Instructions

  • In a blender, add the watermelon, sugar if using, and milk.
  • Blend on the lowest setting just until smooth. Adjust sugar to taste.
  • Pour the blended watermelon and milk through a fine mesh sieve.
  • Serve immediately, with crushed ice if desired.
