Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (100 grams) rainbow nonpareils hundreds and thousands
  • 4 tablespoons (60 grams) salted butter softened at room temperature
  • 4 slices white sandwich bread

Instructions

  • Pour the rainbow nonpareils into a wide bowl.
  • Spread one tablespoon of the softened butter over one slice of bread.
  • Dip the buttered side of the bread into the bowl of nonpareils and press lightly to create an even layer.
  • Cut the coated bread slice on the diagonal to make 2-4 triangles.
  • Repeat with remaining slices and serve immediately.
