Ingredients
3orangespeeled and chopped into two or three pieces
2lemonszest and juice
1/2cup(125 grams) plain Greek yogurt
2tablespoons(30 milliliters) honey
2teaspoonsvanilla extract
1cup(150 grams) ice cubes
Instructions
Add the peeled oranges to a blender and blend until smooth.
If you do not have a strong blender or want a completely smooth texture, pour the pureed oranges through a fine mesh sieve. Use a spoon to scrape and press and get as much moisture out of the mixture as possible. Transfer the juice back to the blender.
Add the zest and juice from the 2 lemons, yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and ice cubes to the orange mixture in the blender and process until smooth.
