- 1 cup (240 milliliters) milk or oat milk, cold
- 1 fresh peach (about 200 grams) plus additional slices for garnish if desired
- 5 ounces (140 grams) fresh blueberries plus additional berries for garnish if desired
- 1/2 cup (120 grams) Greek-style yogurt
- 2 tablespoons (40 grams) honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup (130 grams) ice
- Fresh mint for garnish if desired
Pour the milk into a blender.
Cut the peach in half, remove and discard the pit, and roughly chop. Add to the blender along with the blueberries.
Top with the yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and finally ice in the blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy, adjusting flavors to taste.
Serve immediately. If desired, garnish with additional peach slices, fresh blueberries, and a sprig of mint.
