Peanut Butter Pupsicles

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup (185 grams) low to non-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup (90 grams) plain creamy peanut butter
  • 1 medium banana
  • 2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) water

Instructions

  • Place the yogurt, peanut butter, and banana in a blender or food processor.
  • Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy, slowly adding the water until combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to desired food-safe silicone molds. Tap the molds to remove any excess air bubbles.
  • Freeze the molds until the yogurt mixture is solid, 3 to 4 hours.
  • Serve immediately after removing from freezer.

Notes

Make sure the Greek yogurt and Peanut Butter contain no xylitol.
