- 5 ounces (142 grams) fresh chopped pineapple
- 3 oranges peeled and roughly chopped
- 2 bananas peeled and roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a large blender, add the pineapple, oranges, bananas, honey, and vanilla extract.
Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Pour the mixture in desired popsicle molds to the fill line (or leave about 1/2 inch/1.25 centimeters free at the top).
Gently tap the mold on the counter a couple of times to remove any air bubbles, then insert the popsicle sticks.
Place the molds in the freezer on an even surface and freeze until completely chilled, 4-6 hours to overnight.
Serve immediately after removing from the freezer.
