Ingredients

  • 5 ounces (142 grams) fresh chopped pineapple
  • 3 oranges peeled and roughly chopped
  • 2 bananas peeled and roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In a large blender, add the pineapple, oranges, bananas, honey, and vanilla extract.
  • Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the mixture in desired popsicle molds to the fill line (or leave about 1/2 inch/1.25 centimeters free at the top).
  • Gently tap the mold on the counter a couple of times to remove any air bubbles, then insert the popsicle sticks.
  • Place the molds in the freezer on an even surface and freeze until completely chilled, 4-6 hours to overnight.
  • Serve immediately after removing from the freezer.
