I was first inspired to make these Pineapple Orange Banana Popsicles by the recipe over on Gimme Some Oven a few years ago and they are such a great use of fresh fruit on a hot summer day. All you need is a blender and some popsicle molds!

Simply blend together fresh pineapple pieces, bananas, and oranges with a little vanilla and honey to create a smooth, creamy mixture. Pour evenly among the desired popsicle molds and freeze until solid, 4-6 hours to overnight.

Enjoy the Pineapple Orange Banana Popsicles immediately after removing from the freezer.

A Few Pineapple Orange Banana Popsicle Tips

The exact amount of popsicles may vary based on the type of mold you use. In my standard molds, I usually get 6-8 popsicles.

If you don’t have popsicle molds, you can use paper cups with popsicle sticks. Smaller molds will chill in less time compared to larger molds.

I made these popsicles with fresh pineapple. If using frozen chunks, you may have to add a small splash of orange juice if the mixture is just too thick to blend.

To avoid any overly bitter flavors, remove as much of the pith from the oranges as possible.

I added a little vanilla extract and honey to help round out the flavors. The honey can be swapped for another desired sweetener such as granulated sugar or simply omitted/adjusted more or less to taste.

After filling the molds, tap them on the counter a couple of times to remove any air bubbles that may have formed.

Serve the popsicles immediately after removing from the freezer. They will start to melt quickly, especially in warmer temperatures.
