Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups (355 milliliters) milk dairy or oat milk
  • 1/2 cup (120 grams) pumpkin puree refrigerated
  • 1 banana chopped, frozen
  • 1/2 cup (50 grams) quick oats
  • 2 ounces (57 grams) cream cheese softened at room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch ground cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (130 grams) ice

Topping:

  • Whipped cream
  • Crushed graham crackers
  • Pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  • In a large blender, add the milk, pumpkin puree, banana, oats, cream cheese, honey, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, cloves, vanilla extract, and ice.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Divide the smoothie among serving glasses and serve immediately, if desired with whipped cream, crushed graham crackers, and a pinch of pumpkin pie spice.
