Blueberry Layer: 12 ounces (340 grams) fresh blueberries 1/3 cup (80 grams) Greek yogurt 2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) honey or granulated sugar 1/4 cup (60 milliliters) milk or almond milk Banana Yogurt Layer: 1 banana 1 1/4 cups (300 grams) Greek yogurt 2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) honey 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 3 tablespoons (45 milliliters) milk or almond milk Strawberry Layer: 12 ounces (340 grams) fresh strawberries 1/3 cup (80 grams) Greek yogurt 1 tablespoon (15 milliliters) honey or granulated sugar 2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) milk or almond milk
To make the blueberry layer: In a blender, combine the blueberries with yogurt and honey.
Slowly add the milk and blend until smooth and just thin enough to pour into the glasses. Fill each of the serving glasses 1/3rd full.
Transfer to a freezer until thoroughly chilled, 20-30 minutes.
To make the banana yogurt layer: In a blender, combine the banana, yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
Slowly add the milk and blend until smooth and just thin enough to pour into the glasses. Fill each of the chilled serving glasses 1/3rd full.
Place back into the freezer until thoroughly chilled, 20-30 minutes.
To make the strawberry layer: In a blender, combine the strawberries with the yogurt and honey.
Slowly add the milk and blend until smooth and just thin enough to pour into the glasses.
Freeze until ready to serve.
Allow the smoothie to defrost for a few minutes before serving (if they have been in the freezer overnight, it may take 15-30 minutes to defrost).
