9 ounces (250 grams) Camembert with the rind and cut into 1/2 inch (1.25 centimeter) pieces, room temperature 4 ounces (113 grams) cream cheese room temperature 2 tablespoons (30 grams) unsalted butter softened at room temperature 1 small red onion peeled and finely diced, a handful set aside and saved for garnishing 3/4 teaspoon sweet paprika 1/4 teaspoon salt Pinch white pepper Finely chopped parsley for garnish Pretzels and bread slices for serving
In a large bowl, blend together the Camembert, cream cheese, and butter with a fork.
Stir in the red onion, paprika, salt, and white pepper. Adjust seasonings to taste.
Cover the bowl and allow to rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour and up to overnight.
Garnish with red onion and parsley.
Serve with pretzels and bread slices.
