2 shots (60 milliliters) freshly brewed espresso or strongly brewed coffee 1/2-1 tablespoon (7-15 milliliters) salted caramel syrup 2 scoops vanilla gelato Salted caramel sauce for serving
In a cup or small bowl, combine the espresso and caramel syrup.
Place the vanilla gelato in a serving glass.
