- 2 large oranges peeled and roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup (60 milliliters) milk
- 2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1 1/2 cups (375 grams) plain whole milk yogurt
- 1-2 cups (150-300 grams) ice cubes
In a blender, add the orange pieces followed by the milk, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, cardamom, yogurt, and finally ice.
Blend until smooth. Adjust flavors to taste.
If desired, garnish with orange slices and fresh mint. Serve immediately.
